A certain review of this book mentioned that it lacks an outline, claiming it’s written haphazardly, with the story going wherever the author’s mind wanders. I wonder if others share this impression. To be honest, this is indeed a bad habit of mine.

However, with an old work still ongoing at three million words, if that’s considered aimless writing without a plan, then I must be somewhat unique. The reviewer wasn’t entirely wrong, but that’s where it ends.

When I started this book, I truly hadn’t crafted a detailed outline. It may indeed seem chaotic at first glance, but based on my writing habits, if a book has been published for five days without deleting any self-censorship, I begin to consider the general direction ahead.

Judging by the protagonist’s current path, the story is still following a relatively clear and coherent trajectory. Moreover, I have already completed the subsequent plot settings. Once this book’s performance stabilizes, all the future plot points and world-building will be fully established. This is why I previously expressed confidence.

Battle scenes are not my strong suit. Since many readers tend to be quite passionate, I hesitate to cut corners or create disjointed segments. Therefore, I prefer to write in a way that each day’s reading serves as a small summary.

Finally, I assure all readers that what has emerged so far is only the tip of the iceberg. If time and the book’s success allow, I will strive to present a warm and heartfelt story.
